Getting furious
while I meditate
is this a joke
maybe I'm doing great
work it all out
get some air to it
Some days I don't know
whether to stare or shit
Want to vomit up
every poison thought
boy what lies buried
is a juggernaut
ready to erupt
at the drop of a hat
another effort to empty
goes splat
and what lies buried
is a life's work
and sometimes hell
I just feel like a jerk
