one thousand mile metallic silk
spun by spiders eclectic
they trail right into my ear
how they got in there
you don't want to hear
the other ends
plumb the Great Lakes
and oh the twisting path
it takes
at this crisis
my dark gloom
my inner skull illuminated
in a dark room
revealing the strategy
the time and method
in invocation
and the text most blessed
