bible and tao
no band wagon leapt on
long I learned how
better a pick
better two or three
and trust the right strings
will find me
slim fold of papers
in a slim fold of waxed
a book of matches
dry and stacked
slim notes
pencil and knife
enough for a wallet
enough for a life
and not a scrap
of currency
my little dream
