We love evil on the teevee
but it don't stay there boohoo
Yet things stay normal mostly
and I need my teevee kicks just like you
It's a reflection to be sure
well maybe a bit of give and take
evil the abstract clear and pure
impersonal and deadly snake
And the real such disappointment
broken banal gloomy greedy trash
and that fear you ma have an appointment
and some do, and that's the bloody gash
