As the rickety raft
approaches the falls
everybody argues
nobody helping at all
nobody paddling or
bailing anymore
Can you bail out a raft?
What they're arguing for
are the falls really coming
Is it that far down
Whose fault was the river
Who chose to leave town
Should we get out and swim?
every soul to its own
who should we chuck out after
all opportunity is blown
