Nothing much real
on the big screen these days
Feels like the fantasy is darker
just a cartoon anyway
Guess it's just the new time
version of the old time hokum
the bad boys grin and grimace
well they got 'em so they smoke 'em
and it aways wraps up
in lots of the flashy booms
but me I like the moody
interludes in quiet tombs
and facts that add up
choices that matter
Get drowned in the hokum
that's all hit and splatter
