I recently participated in the creation of a collectively arranged and managed music CD featuring pieces by members of the community weblog metafilter.com.
This CD is complete and shipping now, and features a recording I made of one of the songs of the day, Obsession, among 24 other tracks by artists more talented than myself. I think it really is a fine and lovingly produced CD, and well worth the price even if I weren't on it, even if it wasn't for charity.
