Bad feelings got a pantheon
fear frustration envy on and on
What would it meant to rise above
Or to believe in living solely on love
Surely the evil range and roam about
surely the devil chose this age to flout
What could it mean to live in full peace
wake at last to sweet release
put to my hand the instrument
raise up at last the curtain rent
And to my eyes a vision glorious
bad feelings vanquished, joy victorious
