pummled with it
and still resist
just another one
any cool fate missed

of the ordinary herd
and I disbelieve it
push my broom
and say not a word
how I pine
how I dream of the key
my own secret garden
locked up inside of me
I sketched it once
called it my masterpiece
and wonder if there's anything
esle that could
give me release
