Throw a new seat
on the throne
a little joke for
me alone
at least a little
definite to cap
a day that proved
mostly to sap
will I ever
drive the bad thought off
say I might but
some dark thought will scoff
but I'll think of
my new shiny throne
just enough to
throw myself a bone
