It’s a perfect example
of the way I think
don’t take the time to do a proper sample
when I’m on the brink
follow the stupid money
don’t take the good advice
convinced some luck or destiny
will save me from
the hidden-in-plain-sight price
so what’s another
couple hundred failures in a box
when you believe
beyond all reason
in the key that opens all locks
and that’s how I generate
another page
of not quite up to scratch
God help you all if you are still
waiting for that
